Buka Homecare & medical Transportation has been looking after my mother for about two months now, and it’s been such a relief. The caregiver currently with her is wonderful she’s clearly well-trained and treats mom with such kindness, which is so important since she’s managing both dementia and dialysis. I originally chose this company because they were affordable, but what really won me over was that a real person actually answered the phone. After dealing with so many automated machines at other agencies, that human connection made a huge difference. They set up a free assessment for us immediately and even helped arrange transportation to get my mom to and from her dialysis appointments safely.
